I consider it an honor to work with each client that comes into my office, and will provide you with a safe, supportive, and judgement-free space to de-stress, process trauma, learn to cope, or whatever else you need to optimize your mental health and life satisfaction.

I have worked in community mental

As a counselor, I focus on providing a safe space for others to find their own voice. I want to normalize the process of being in a low, dark place, and having deep insecurities about not being good enough and feeling stuck. At the same time, I want to instill hope that these hardships make us more beautiful and wiser than before.

I have provided individual & family therapy to  ages 5 to 65+. I am most excited to work with children (5-11) and adults who are working on their self-esteem, self-love, anxiety, trauma, and mindfulness skills.

I am a bilingual counselor, fluent in Romanian and English; I have clinical experience working in a residential substance abuse facility, a psychiatric hospital, a university clinic, equine-assisted therapy, and the public-school system.

It is an honor to be of service in helping people live empowered lives, with a deeper understanding of who they are, and succeed in their goals.

I am a proud military wife & I hope to bring my expertise to the military community here in Northeast, FL.

The reality is: the world is difficult, unfair, and at times overwhelming to the human mind.

My hope is that I can help you to improve coping skills, develop healthy patterns, eliminate harmful, disruptive behaviors, heal from any traumatic experiences, & gain healthy relationships.

I support the person with what they want, need, and what they are willing to change. My style is mostly how thoughts, behaviors, and emotions are all connected in mental health and well-being. I combine many other approaches, with the goal of improving your overall quality of life.

My therapy approach is to help a person/family understand the difficulties, define goals, and develop realistic action plans to solve the challenge (solution-focused).
