Full Circle Counseling Services, LLC

Counseling is a non-judgmental, confidential process of listening and understanding that promotes change. It is responsive to the specific needs of the individual and/or family.

Counseling is a collaborative effort between the counselor and the client.

Counseling helps a person to make sense of what is happening in their life by listening and responding to what the person needs. The counselor hears what is happening, helps find the changes that are necessary, develops with the person the steps for those changes, and supports the person through those changes.

Counseling can help identify goals and potential solutions to difficulties that cause distress to a person and/or a family.

Counseling can improve communication and coping skills, strengthen self-esteem, and promote behavior change for overall well-being.

Counseling usually ends when the challenge that you pursued counseling for becomes more manageable or is resolved. However, counseling can be utilized beyond the initial difficulty; if counseling continues to be helpful and supportive in other areas, then you can choose to continue.
